Archives: Conducted and transcribed oral history interviews. Pulled items appropriate for patron needs. Digitized photos and videos for online publication. Updated finding aids and inventories. Prepared items for offsite storage. Created and delivered presentations soliciting donations from student organizations and administrative departments. Curated displays within academic library. Accessioned new materials.
Special Collections: Appraised for preservation needs and replacement costs. Assisted with visiting class groups by determining appropriate items and educating patrons on proper handling. Updated shelf list for 2000 volume collection.
Bibliographic Services: Prepared new acquisitions for circulation and non-circulating use. Used OCLC Connexion to add, edit, and delete holdings records. Familiar with Library of Congress, Dublin Core and MARC standards; Voyager cataloging system; Omeka Classic and ArchivesSpace content management systems.
